SIZING 

How is sizing?

Our tees, hoodies and sweatshirts are unisex. They run a tad big and are super soft.

ORDERING 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards American Express, Visa, Master Card, and Discover Card. We also accept Afterpay, Sezzle and PayPal.


Can I make any changes to my order?

We will do our best to make an edit to your order, please contact us within 24hrs of order placement at csr@whatsyourstatement.com Because our shipping is super fast as soon as you notice an error the better.

I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE / WRONG PRODUCT

We apologize for the mix-up and want to ensure you get the right item as quickly as possible! Feel free to send us an email at csr@whatsyourstatement.com to notify us of the mix up. Please include your order numbername and email used on the order. Make sure to specify the concern: original product ordered as well as the actual product you received including the style/design, color and size. Please attach picture of the product(s) showing the mishap. Example: showing the defect, the size, or wrong item.

 All wrong orders we send out will be corrected asap. 

I FORGOT TO USE MY DISCOUNT CODE

Unfortunately, our software does not allow us to adjust prices to finalized purchases. Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it once submitted. Please ensure all your information is accurate before submitting your order, including your discount code. 

Only ONE discount code may be applied per order.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING 

 

What shipping method do you use?

Our domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Domestic orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Please note, there is no shipping on all weekends or U.S major holidays.

How can I track my order?

Once an order is shipped an emailed notification will be sent, domestic orders can be tracked until delivered. 

My order says delivered but I have not received it, what should I do?

USPS is responsible for the delivery of the package. In the event you are unable to locate the package posted “in-transit” or “delivered” we recommend contacting your local post office.

Shipping Address Issues

What's Your Statement LLC WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE  for any shipping address discrepancies which includes lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address information. If the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase we are not able to make any changes.

PRODUCT CARE 

What is the best way to maintain my t-shirt?

Washing: Wash inside out with cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle

Ironing: If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting

Drying: Tumble dry low or hang-dry

No No's: Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean.
